just when i thought the trails couldn't get any better, yariv took me on a ride in the hidden trails of the north shore. oohhhh mmmyyyy god. it was so incredible. the roots and rocks are all over the single tracks, and the trees are huge, all around you.
the traction is awesome, cause the ground is moist, and the technical difficulty is very high. yariv thought i was in shape, so we climbed from like, sea level, to 550 meters, and then bombed down this wicked downhill singletrack. man, that was soooooo good.
all the trails are full of bridges, and rocks that were put there to support the trail. it is so well built. people here are crazy about trail building. and it shows. tomorrow we are going to ride in squamish. i have heard it's great. well, how could it suck, eh?
